The Alexandria VA Medical Center in Alexandria/Pineville, LA, is seeking a compassionate, full-time, BC, Urologist to serve as a member of its Specialty Care Team. Candidates must be highly motivated, team-oriented, and committed to the care and exceptional health of our Veterans. The Alexandria VA Medical Center is fully dedicated to providing top-quality medical care by serving and honoring Americas Veterans.
Highlights of this position include:
- Competitive Starting Salary $360,000 - $400,000
- Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm.
- Deliver patient care from pre-op through discharge
- Establish and maintain relations with other key services
- Assures the most effective delivery of are in general urology
- Manage a variety of conditions, illnesses, and injuries of the genitourinary system
- Coordinate care with the VA's Community Based Outpatient Clinics and sharing partners
Additional Requirements:
- Board Certified in Urology
- 5 years experience as Urologist
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. Non-Citizen candidates will be considered if a U.S. Citizen is not found
- Full and unrestricted license from any U.S. State
