ELS is hiring for the position of Administrative Assistant in West Palm Beach, Florida.

What you'll do:

The Administrative Assistantworks alongsidetheGeneral Manager to help run the day-to-day operations of the Marina.

Your job will include:

  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Influencingcustomers in a positive way and buildcustomer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Greet prospectiveguests, respond to questions, and assist with booking reservations.
  • Promote strong customer service with team members.
  • Collect paymentsand discuss other issues that require immediate attention.
  • Oversee front desk and store clerks as well as help with other departments
  • Assist General Manager with agreements, invoicing, scheduling, planning, and executing functions at the property, etc.
  • Manage calendars and perform general administrative tasks.
  • Ensureguests and staff feel comfortable, valued, and appreciated.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Experience & skills needed:

  • 2-3 years preferredexperience in an administrative/customer service setting.
  • Strong customer service, organization, andadministrativeskills.
  • Understand directions and relay to other team members andexcel in time management.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accelerated problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative duties.
  • Able to pay meticulous attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on guest and manager needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSuite, and other web-based applications.
  • High School Graduate
  • Valid Driver's License, good driving record and current auto insurance.
