Expected salary for this position is $90,101 - $110,000 annually.

Responsibilities Include:

Manages multiple, complex projects from planning through delivery simultaneously. Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated.

Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Communicates schedule and changes to all stakeholders and escalates to executive-level sponsors as appropriate. Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks. Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.

Monitors task completion status to identify at risk project tasks and to recommend and develop mitigation plans. Ensures resources are engaged, budgets are on target, and hours are allocated to the project and adjusts allocations when necessary.

Develop project management processes and procedures and be a champion of within the organization. Mentor junior project managers and junior members of the project team. While the position has no formal managerial responsibility, it assigns work to staff, provides coaching and training, sets goals, provides input for performance evaluation, and makes people management recommendations in collaboration with project team members' direct management.

Bachelors (required)

Experience
2 - 5 years: * Monitoring project progress ensuring stakeholders are engaged and provide regular updates. This also includes assisting in preparation of project health checks to be presented to project governance board. * Ability to resolve conflicts within the team and resolve any conflicts or impediments due to conflicting competing priorities. Is accountable for each stage of the project life cycle and final outcomes of the project, inspecting and evaluating the project progress through each stage gate. (preferred)
2 - 5 years: * Demonstrated ability to run multiple, complex projects simultaneously. * Proficient with assisting project owners in developing their business cases, shepherding through governance processes. This includes impact assessments, tracking costs, resource allocations, vendor risk assessments, information security reviews and ensuring contracts are reviewed by appropriate legal team. * Complete closing documentation, lessons learned, retrospectives and benefits realization (preferred)
