As a critical access hospital with 20+ beds, Bob Wilson Memorial Hospital provides a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services, including Case management, CT Scan, Diabetic Education, Dietary Consult, EEG/EKG, Emergency Care, Laboratory, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Obstetrics (prenatal, postpartum, delivery), Primary and Specialty Clinic, Physical Therapy, Radiology, Respiratory Therapy, Surgery, swing beds, and ultrasound.

The successful candidate will hold an RN license, with preference given to those with an associate's degree and a bachelor's degree in nursing. The MedSurg Registered Nurse will play a crucial role in covering general medical nursing, assuming responsibility for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team and patients/families. The role encompasses identifying and meeting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient, promoting optimal health, well-being, and safety through the nursing process and adherence to patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act. Personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values is paramount.
