Job Description

· Proactively manage order fulfillment to meet customer demands through integration with operating company, distribution, and planning/forecasting
· Reassign orders by changing ship dates and/or source warehouse as needed to prevent product shortages.
· Implement process improvements through cross-functional collaboration partnering with customers to drive achievement of organizational metrics and individual account goals.
· Manage and balance key business relationships with passion & understanding of customer expectations and internal policies/requirements and contracts. Ensure achievement of customer specific KPIs
· Lead projects/initiatives to enhance both cost and service efficiencies in the customer and the company supply chains.
· Participate in the development of presentations and discussions for customer facing meetings.
· Identify expansion opportunities with current customer(s) . Identifying and communicating sales opportunities for both incumbent and new accounts assigned.
· Must be computer literate; able to utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. SAP experience is a plus.
· Work in close partnership with many of our internal departments. You will lead the communication of critical product supply situations internally to ensure optimal customer service delivery.
· Maintain close contact with key customers to assist them in logistical optimization and general satisfaction with our unique partnerships.
· Serve as a team player by supporting and developing others through knowledge sharing and embedding Under limited, to no, supervision, responsible for the customer relationship management of key revenue generating accounts.
· You are responsible for resolution on issues arising from customers regarding orders and order status, order cuts, and potential issues. Level one escalations.
· You are responsible for continuous improvement activities on assigned accounts.
· You will participate and contribute to projects as directed.
· Inquiries through customer portals include checking for shortages, delivery schedules, discrepancies, routing instructions, inventory on hand, transit times, ASN receipt..
· Responsible for all key elements of communication to management
· May performs a variety of tasks related to warehousing.
· Recording data using multiple applications
· Completing daily assignments, daily logs, and checklists
Requirements
Proven experience as an Account Representative/Customer Service
Proficient in MS Office/excel/word/outlook
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
Assertiveness and confidence
Goal-driven with ability to work under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic accounting skills a plus
Good problem-solving skills
High school diploma with 3+ years of Logistics Experience or Bachelor degree in Supply Chain.
