Key Responsibilities:

As a Tier 1 System Support Technician, you will be a crucial member of our team, contributing to the smooth operation of our Client’s IT systems. Your daily responsibilities may include:

•          Assisting in the management of user accounts, including creating, modifying, and deleting users in accordance with company policies

•          Providing first-level network support, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members

•          Supporting printer-related issues, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of printers across the organization

•          Utilizing your knowledge of relevant technologies to resolve client issues and improve service delivery

•         Helping to manage and optimize Azure environments under the guidance of senior team members

•         Supporting the deployment and maintenance of RDS environments

•         Utilizing your knowledge of Hyper-V, failover, BDR, PowerShell, and other relevant technologies to resolve client issues

•         Identifying opportunities to automate tasks and enhance efficiency, thereby improving our service delivery

Remember, as a Tier 1 technician, your role is primarily to provide first-level support to clients, which includes troubleshooting and problem-solving for a wide range of technological issues. You’ll also be working closely with more experienced team members, learning from them, and gradually expanding your own skill set.

Qualifications:

•         Associate degree or Experience Equivalent

•         Minimum 1 Year of Help Desk Experience

•         Familiarity with Command Prompt and PowerShell

•         Excellent customer service skills

•         Strong communication skills

•         Out of the box thinking and problem-solving skills
