Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are looking for a Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for handling a the day to day essential data entry for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Bi-weekly payroll for approximately 50 employees
- Bank reconciliations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
- Knowledge of standard bookkeeping procedures and full-cycle accounting work flow
- Experience with Quickbooks and Excel
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
