Entry Level 3D Modeler & Drafter

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Entry-Level 3D Modeler and Drafter. As a key member of our design and engineering department, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D models and drafts based on project requirements. Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling: Create detailed and accurate 3D models using industry-standard software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor) based on project specifications.
• Drafting: Generate precise 2D drawings and drafts for manufacturing purposes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and other team members to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall design process.
• Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of 3D models and drafts, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
• Revision and Modification: Implement changes and revisions to models and drafts as required, based on feedback from team members or clients.
• Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation, including design files and records of changes.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of 3D modeling and drafting principles.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Inventor.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to skill development.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous coursework or training in 3D modeling or 2D drafting.
• Basic knowledge of engineering.
• Portfolio or examples of personal 2D/3D modeling projects.
