Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care in the emergency room setting, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with diverse medical conditions and emergencies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of Virginia.
- Prefer 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to handle high-stress situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and ACLS certification.
