The primary responsibility of a Registered Nurse is to implement and maintain established nursing objectives and standards, provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing staff.

Our residents participate in activities that are unique to our community, like our annual Renaissance Faire in the summer and food drive during Thanksgiving. Our residents have a voice as part of our Resident Council, influencing the amenities and activities for all to enjoy.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for reviewing physician orders and 24-hour reports.
Complete assessments, such as admission and change in condition.
Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules.
Assist TA team in the hiring and on-boarding of clinical staff as needed.
Be a key player in all state and federal surveys and in developing and deploying plans of correction.
Record patient medical records using PointClickCare (EMR).
Complete on-going training as assigned and as required by state licensure.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Meet with your assigned nursing staff, as well as support personnel, in planning the shifts’ services, programs, and activities.

Qualifications:
Must be a registered nurse with current, unencumbered license to practice un the state.
Must be a hands-on leader with a desire to train and mentor.
Have a passion for enhancing the lives of seniors and their families.
Ability to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination preferred, but not required
