• Demonstrate good working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Sanitation Practices (GSP), and governmental regulatory standards.
• Inspects product by hand, with proper PPE, on moving conveyor belt to ensure product consistency.
• Understand different case packs and weight ranges of product.
• Ensure proper sealing of bags and boxes before packing into cases or onto pallets.
• Monitor packing equipment to ensure everything is working correctly.
• Communicate with co-workers at shift change regarding situations that have or may have impact on production operation.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Performs general housekeeping duties in production area; maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with existing policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule

Shift start: 4:00AM or 5:30AM
Shift length: 8 - 10 hours
Monday-Thursday, some weekends
