Warehouse and Inventory Specialist

This role is responsible for the loading and offloading of product deliveries and outgoing product for job, pulling inventory for job staging and service tickets. Verify incoming Purchase Order counts, notify of any discrepancies, receive inventory in QuickBooks system, cycle counts, making hoses for inventory, stock shelves and inventory accuracy.  This position requires proficiency in operating a forklift and computer, excel skills.

KEY RESULTS AREA(S):

The main responsibilities of this position include meeting inventory accuracy goals, inventory movements and managing tracking systems. Work with our Service and Construction teams to pull parts/equipment timely and efficiently.  Offer recommendations to ensure ideal levels of inventory are maintained in the warehouses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; process pick tickets as required; and investigate issues.
• Perform daily physical cycle count and reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
• Receive Purchase Orders (unpack, unload, label, put away) verifying correct items and quantity received.  Record PO in QB and note receipt in Fleetmatics for any service parts received.  
• Load / Unload incoming / outgoing product using a forklift.
• Re-stock items as necessary; assure shelves are properly labeled.  
• Process Pick Tickets daily and update.
• Process and document returns as required following established procedures
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned such as making hoses for stock.
• Monitor reorder points and initiate action to replenish stock.  
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, secure, load, wrap, label, ship)
• Keep a clean and safe warehouse indoors and outdoors while optimizing space utilization
• Clean driving record
• Lift/carry 20-25 lbs. (frequently up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100lbs) and able reach, kneel, stoop or crouch repeatedly
