Solar/Renewables Foreman in the Atlanta area - Long term/Travel

Talent Corps is looking for Foreman with Solar/Renewables experience in the Atlanta area. You will be home based out of the Atlanta area, but will travel to a minimum of 4 sites in the Midwest. Long term assignment, each site will last approximately 2-3 months long.

You will be responsible for running multiple crews, and will be installing microgrids and replacing electrical panels. 

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Foreman or Lead
• Experience working on solar, battery, or fuel cell projects
• Knowledge of controls and troubleshooting
• Experience with installing electrical panels
• Proficient in electricity concepts and principles
• Experience in electrical work and maintenance and repair
• Skilled in electrical troubleshooting
• Knowledge of electrical engineering concepts and principles
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics
• Understanding of electrical codes and regulations

Requirements:

• Install electrical panels and microgrids in accordance to project specifications.
• Training of crews/leads/foreman, managing personnel
• Run crews and perform installation work as needed
• Electrical coordination and scheduling
• Electrical wiring of solar systems.
• Excavation of trenches for cable install
• Proficient in all electrical troubleshooting.
• Submits daily checklist
• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor, communicating effectively with the customer and treating the customer and his/her home with respect.
• Maintain a safe and clean job site.
• Makes critical decision with a manager if job needs corrections at the time of install
• Quality control in field/On-Site
• Ensure correct time keeping is logged in timecard system
• Operate field equipment(Skid Steer, Lull, Back Hoe, Tractor, Excavators)
