The Nursing Care Director will have an open door to the Executive Leaders as well as oversee all medical professionals within the organization. The Nursing Care Director will collaborate with other leaders for the overall support within the organization. This Director level position is very much a team effort to be sure that guidelines and policies are being followed and that patient needs are being met. They will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality care to patients while evaluating the department's day to day financial obligations, educational expectations, and administrative tasks. They will act as a mediator between Nursing staff and other Management.

This reputable long term healthcare system is looking for a candidate with Nursing experience as well as long term health care and/or home health. RN’s and current Managers will open the doors to immediate opportunities.
