The RN Assistant Manager CVOR Operating Room will be expected to maintain accountability of the CVOR Operating Department and will report to and work alongside the Surgery Department Manager. This acute care facility is seeking an Assistant Manager CVOR Operating Room with a “go-getter” attitude to help lead the team to success. The RN Assistant Manager Operating Room covers a wide array of surgical services, and the Surgery Nurse Assistant Manager will be expected to ensure the day to day operations of the CVOR ORs run smoothly and efficiently alongside the OR Director and Manager. 

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing along with appropriate RN licensure to practice in Delaware. The candidate will also have at least 5 yrs of clinical and leadership experience and an active CNOR certification.
