Our "Roof & Components (RC)" business unit develops and produces roof systems for every type of vehicle and autonomous driving. To achieve this, we rely on the most modern technologies and materials. Job Responsibilities

  • Train, develop and supervise direct reports;Provide leadership and direction to team members
  • Monitors production operation to ensure product quality and production efficiency
  • Supervise all activities, personnel including team leaders, equipment and production
  • Monitor change over and/or line set up efficiency
  • Prepare line set-ups for following shifts, this includes first piece buyoffs


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, or Technical field preferred
  • 3+ years previous supervisory experience in an Automotive/Manufacturing environment
  • Excellent people skills required
  • Excellent organization and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to work long hours as necessary
