Marketing and Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

Work directly with the Marketing Director to help in the research and development of various marketing strategies. Assists in the implementation of marketing plans and works to meet sales quotas. Tracks marketing and sales data and identifies areas of improvement.

• Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
• Helps to detail, strategize, produce, and report on marketing plans targeted toward various demographics with unique and notable flare
• Updates and monitors social media
• Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
• Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
• Receive calls, and answer questions from clients about product and service benefits. May work in the office or at project site locations as needed.
• Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
• Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
• Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
• Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives
• Assists with marketing and sales projects or client accounts as needed
• Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures
• Attends trade shows, seminars, events, and travels to meet clients and implement marketing strategies as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or commensurate experience, Experience in remodeling is a plus or a related field of business, Customer Service, Client Relationships, Interpersonal Communication, Marketing Strategies, Product Development, Creativity, Financial Strategy, Data Tracking, Written and Verbal Communication, Organization, Planning, Research and Analysis, People Management, Leadership

Specific experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Email Blasts and drip campaigns
• Photography Gallery Management
• Platform update organization
