Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role: 

• As a Psychiatric Nurse, you will oversee and direct the care of psychiatric patients. •
• You will monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. •
• You will maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. •
• You will record patients' medical information and vital signs and any other patient care. •
• You will modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions. •
• You will prepare patients for and assist with examinations or treatments. 

What qualifications you will need:

• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or CPR must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

TriStar Skyline Madison is a mental health facility. We provide behavioral health services to the greater Nashville area. Our psychiatrists, therapists, and nurses are dedicated to improving the lives of our patients. The 120 bed facility offers comprehensive treatment programs. These are designed for personalized care. They offer a variety of options including inpatient, partial hospitalization and outpatient care. Our behavioral health navigator works with patients and their loved ones to find the right plan.
