We are growing at CJS Global and we are in need of an Account Representative for the Dallas area.

At CJS Global we currently service over 500 restaurants and hospitality groups throughout the United States, many of which are prominent regional and national chains.

Job Summary:
An Account Representative is responsible for handling a team of highly skilled service technicians. The position is primarily responsible for enhancing the quality of service that is being provided to customers. This position has continuous interaction with customers and field service technicians to understand the exact needs of the customers and make certain that the customers are receiving quality service.

Essential Skills:
- Previous restaurant/commercial cleaning experience required
- Previous management experience
- Excellent people management and leadership skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Able to work under stressful work conditions and should have good problem solving abilities
- Good multi-tasking ability with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to identify problems and provide good solutions
- Flexible attitude and should be willing to travel at any given point of time
- Able to work with no physical limitations as some lifting and climbing may be required.
- Able to work 12AM - 8AM
- Bi-lingual English / Spanish

Resumen de trabajo:
Un representante de cuenta es responsable de manejar un equipo de técnicos de servicio altamente calificados. El puesto es principalmente responsable de mejorar la calidad de los servicios que se brindan a los clientes. Esta posición tiene una interacción continua con los clientes y los técnicos de servicio de campo para comprender las necesidades exactas de los clientes y garantiza que el trabajo se delegue de forma adecuada para que todos los servicios sean eficientes.

Habilidades esenciales:
- Experiencia previa en limpieza de restaurante / comercial
- Experiencia de Gestion anterior
- Excelente manejo de personas y habilidades de liderazgo
- Excelente gestión del tiempo y habilidades de organización
- Capaz de trabajar en condiciones de trabajo estresantes y debe tener una buena capacidad para resolver problemas
- Buena capacidad multitarea con excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral
- Capaz de identificar problemas y proporcionar buenas soluciones
- Actitud flexible y debe estar dispuesto a viajar en cualquier punto del tiempo
- Capaz de trabajar sin limitaciones físicas ya que puede ser necesario levantar y subir.
