Summary:

The Regional Marketing & Design Specialist plays a critical role in the marketing support of their primary office and extended Region in conjunction with the Sales Managers and Field Staff. Focus on graphic creation and execution of the print and digital marketing, the seamless custom design & coordination of marketing requests for our sales associates and regional training efforts.

Essential Functions:

  • Compliance Officer for Company Branding, social media, and Marketing Standards
  • Provide a concierge level of support to our Sales Associates with a variety of Marketing tasks including but not limited to: CMA Listing Presentations (Moxi Present), Print Advertising, Direct Mail, social media and Email Marketing, and support across all Company platforms: Moxi Engage (contacts), Raveis365, Raveis Complete: Premium, Refresh, Purchase, Mortgage & Insurance, RAMP (Raveis Automated Marketing System).
  • General Marketing support, custom design creation and proactive planning directly with primary office Sales Associates.
  • Take direction from SVP & area Sales Managers on agent priorities for recruiting and retention
  • Coordinate, create and execute all office print and digital advertising.
  • Manage office Social Media accounts
  • Social Media support for sales associates to effectively promote their brand across digital platforms.
  • Training Coordination: workshops & individual support on our company tools and business building applications
  • Assist Sales Manager with weekly office meeting presentations, special events, promotional materials.
  • Raveis.com agent web page support; profiles/bios, testimonials, adding videos.
  • Maintaining pre-printed inventory of marketing material supplies and re-ordering.
  • Communication with various departments in Headquarters via Kace ticketing platform

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior real estate marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Graphic Design (portfolio required)
  • Strong computer software skills: Microsoft Office (365, Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and additional creative suite application experience
  • Customer service oriented. Strong team player
  • Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and prioritize multiple projects
  • Excellent written, editing and communication skills

 

Hours of Work:

This role is in-office, NOT a remote position. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with regular and predictable attendance.
