Sales Manager

Sales Manager- We are looking for Sales managers who already have RV experience.

The Sales Manager leads the overall store operations and team to create an exceptional experience for customers. The Sales Manager is responsible for selecting, training, coaching, developing and retaining the very best talent for the store and driving a high-level of performance among the team to maximize store profitability and ensure a high level of customer and associate satisfaction.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Conduct yourself and lead the team in a way that supports RV Roadway Core Values, Leadership Qualities, Mission, and Vision. Bring Commitment and Passion to your store, associates and customers.

F&I Products sales Service and Parts

• Teamwork and Will to Win: Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations. Ensure Accountability from individuals and the teams to meet goals and Win!
• Sales Managers are present and approachable. The Sales Manager Leads by Example on the front lines with customers and associates and fosters an environment where the team is comfortable approaching them with ideas and issues. The Sales Manager ensures associates feel valued and connected to their store leadership and the company vision.

Operational Responsibilities

• Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations
• Provide strong sales leadership.
• Motivate and assist Sales & Finance Managers in completing deals with strong coordination of sales and F&I to optimize GP and the customer experience.
• Support strong F&I operations and the RV Complete brand.
• Appraising used units for trade value
• Managing all areas of customer traffic
• Partnering with Region leadership to plan and manage inventory levels.
• Support service and parts operations to ensure a great customer experience at delivery and after sale.
• Support customer sales and other growth initiatives in service and parts
• Analyzing the business and developing action plans to improve performance.
• Setting and achieving targeted goals
• Maintain an impeccable visual appeal of the facility & inventory.
• Ensure all customers are taken care of when in the store.
• Manage and maintain proper staff levels to control payroll expense.
• Managing store controllable expense elements
• Enforce the procedures of the company.
