the green room lounge Kitchen Prep position entails: setting up your workstation(s),breaking down, storing, and sanitizing your work-station and floor before leaving, prepare cooking ingredients, washing produce/meats/prep utensils, use your previous kitchen prep experience to cut fruits, vegetables, and meats, clean-up and sanitize workstation(s), take inventory, make food-needs lists, follow directions given from the Chef, possesses experience working with kitchen tools and equipment, be ready to learn new skills, take constructive feedback, constantly strive to improve your skill set, be positive, work well with others, etc.
