Overview:

Under the direction of the Clinical Manager and Director of home care services, the RN identifies the needs of assigned patients and delivers skilled nursing care in the patient's home. The RN performs assessments, plans, and delivers patient care to meet the patient's needs according to physician's orders. The RN participates in operational aspects of the department and participates in quality improvement activities. Participates in all infection control, departmental equipment training, organizational safety and fire safety programs. Other duties include frequent driving and taking evening and weekend call as scheduled.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: One year of previous experience in clinical nursing preferred. Home health experience preferred
  • Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
  • License: current RN license in the state of Arkansas. Current valid driver's license
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support CPR certification through the American Heart Association


Normal caseload - 5-6 patients per day / average 25 patients per case manager.

Main coverage is Benton County. Call schedule: twice a month.

Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
