• 24/7 EM coverage
• Critical Access Hospital 
• 10,000 annual ED volume 
• No ICU with inpatient being rounded on by a physician and Advanced Practitioner
• 35 bed hospital 
• 6 ED beds
• 1 trauma room with a crash cart
• Hospital in Kingwood is a common transfer
• EMR: Cerner
• Must have completed a residency 
• Board certification not required
• ATLS, ACLS, PALS Required
• Laboratory, X-Ray, EKG, CT, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, and EKG
• State of the art Phillips CT machine 
• Shift Change 7/7
• Call Room available with private Shower
• Meals provided by the in-house kitchen
