Veterans Evaluation Services is seeking qualified MD, DO, NP, or PA in the Eureka, CA area to join our provider network as an independent contractor to perform general medical disability evaluations, (WE PROVIDE AN OFFICE IN YOUR AREA) to perform disability evaluations/examinations for Military Veterans for the following locations:

Eureka, CA

*Applicants must have their own office within 50-100 miles of the job location*

Your Role as a Provider:

As a clinician, you are an expert in the assessment, evaluation, and diagnosis of health conditions for your patients. As an independent contractor with VES, you apply your expertise in the evaluation and diagnosis of audio conditions to support a Veterans disability claim. As a certified medical disability examiner, you gather and synthesize clinical evidence through medical and military record review, interviews with Military Veterans, and face-to-face examinations. You develop a medical opinion of the likelihood that the Veterans condition is related to their military service. The timely and expert examination assures that a Veterans claim is heard and dutifully processed by VBA.

Exam Request Received > Testing and Exam Schedule > Provider Reviews Records > Veteran Exam Completion > Report Reviewed and Submitted

A Physician (MD/DO) must have the following credentials:

• Curriculum Vitae (Resume)
• License
• Completed residency
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Liability Insurance

A Nurse Practitioner, NP must have the following credentials:

• Curriculum Vitae (Resume)
• Nurse Practitioner, NP License
• ANCC or AANP Board Certification
• Graduate of an Accredited School
• Liability Insurance
