Medical Office Assistant

We are looking for an Office Assistant (MA or CNA preferred) flexible to work both as a MA/CNA and a receptionist. Duties include a range of basic office support greeting and directing visitors, patients and family members, verifying insurance coverage, accurate data input of vital information, answering a multi-line telephone, taking accurate messages, other general medical reception duties such as collecting information, faxing, scanning, making copies, data entry, and/or word processing work. Must have excellent communication skills! Must be independent and comfortable working on their own.

The qualified candidate must bring a level of excellence, medical knowledge, and compassion while delivering a level of professionalism that promotes confidence in the experience from the initial patient call through the end of every office visit. All interactions with our patients should solidify trust in the relationships we establish with our patients and our community.
