ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare food items according to our brand recipe and ensure food quality meets company standards
- Ensure that food items are cooked to order, adjusting cooking times and temperatures as needed
- Work in coordination with the kitchen team to ensure that orders are completed promptly
- Operate and maintain grill equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen consistently throughout the shift, including regular cleaning of back of house walls, counters, and work surfaces
- Sanitizing kitchen utensils, walk-in cooler/freezer upkeep, emptying trash cans, sweeping/mopping floors, adhering to all food safety standards
- Assist in inventory management, including scheduling/ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels of the kitchen materials.
- Maintain a memorized knowledge of the menu, prices, and ingredients; keep abreast of modifications as necessary.
- Assist with conducting detailed daily inventory counts.
- Ensure meat coolers are stocked properly and consistently throughout the shift, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required by upper management

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience as a grill cook or similar role in a restaurant setting
- Excellent knowledge of grilling techniques and cooking temperatures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift (up to) 50lbs
- Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays
Compensation:
- The pay range will vary depending on experience and qualifications
- Anticipated range: $15.50 to 16.50 an hour (+ Tips, avg. $19 to $20 inc. Tips)
