Job Description
Experienced General Carpenters Needed IMMEDIATELY
We are a small but very busy general contracting firm. For more than 10 years we have been servicing both commercial and residential clients in the Greater Boston area. We are in urgent need of dependable, experienced carpentry staff.
Full time, year round work. Must have valid license, reliable truck and tools of the trade. Must be able to work independently and as team player.
Ability to perform hands on frame to finish carpentry with an eye for detail. Ability to ensure that work is completed above industry standard. Able to read blueprints, utilize appropriate math skills, and ensure the cleanliness and safety of job sites. Ability to think about design plans and the big picture in order to layout project efficiently. Ability to problem solve, create stock lists, and complete paper work such as daily work orders legibly. Proficient at stain-grade trim work, hang doors, drill and set door hardware, set windows, renovate kitchens, bathrooms, replace decks, build walls, etc.
Must read, write, understand and speak English. Must be authorized to work in US.
