Emergency Service Line Nurse Director - Full-time / Part-time

A highly reputable hospital is looking for an Emergency Service Line Nurse Director to join their team. They are seeking someone with previous experience in the acute care setting. This is an exciting opportunity to join this reputable organization in Central New York.

The 150 bed, not-for-profit hospital strives to maintain the highest quality care for its patients and the most up to date technology for its employees. This hospital is a designated Stroke Center. It is part of a regional health system with many opportunities for growth and development.

The Emergency Service Line Nurse Director will report directly to the CNO. They will be responsible for the clinical, financial and administrative aspects of the Service Line. The Emergency Services RN Director will work directly with the hospital wide leadership team to ensure that organizational values are met as well as maintaining exceptional quality care. The RN Director will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations within the healthcare system.

Qualifications for the position include:

• Masters Degree 
• 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in an Acute Care Hospital
• 2 years of ED management experience is required
• NY State Nursing License
