Account Manager
Job Description:
The primary focus of the Account Manager will be to execute Beautiful Cleaning’s services with consistency. The Account Manager is responsible for supervising, coaching, and training BC employees and leads. They are the main point of contact for our clients, so excellent communication skills are necessary. The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring all services are provided with the quality expected of Beautiful Cleaning and completed on schedule. The ideal candidate for Beautiful Cleaning’s Account Manager is a team player, who may be expected to join their staff in cleaning the client’s facilities if needed. They are also equipped with a strong sense of urgency, as most issues must be resolved quickly and efficiently, and are comfortable with conflict resolution.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update Client Work Orders
- Manage and support Lead Cleaners in all buildings.
- Oversee day to day performance of commercial building employees with the authority to; monitor attendance through attendance tracking system, perform on site disciplinary action as needed for company policy violations, resolve any employee issues or requests.
- Communicates directly with the Client Relations Manager on all building issues, concerns, and needs.
- Visits each commercial building on a regular basis and supervises employees; inspects work for maintenance of company standards, completes building inspection form.
- Supervises and participates in preventative maintenance of the building; reviews building inspection with employees, demonstrates action to resolve any issues, follows up to confirm issues were resolved.
- Conducts and organizes new account building set-ups, delivery of supplies and equipment and new and existing employee training.
- Enforces building and safety regulations.
- Other Duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Flexible schedule for days and evenings
- 3+ years’ experience in facility services management
- Maintain confidentiality in all business matters.
- Maintain a professional appearance and always provide a positive company image to the public.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively in person, on the telephone and in writing in Spanish and English
- Strong follow-up and follow through.
- Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Trustworthy and dependable
- Bilingual in English/Spanish REQUIRED

Salary: $43,680.00 - $45,760.00 per year
