Compensation:

•  Average weekly pay: $1,200
  • Average $25 an hour with component pay
  • Component Pay:  $85 for the first load, $45 for the second load, $85 for any loads after your second load, $7.50 per stop, and $25/hour clock time for the duration of any stop
• Referral Bonuses varying up to $1,000

Home Time, Route, & Schedule 

• Home Daily! 
• Typical 5-day work week. Some weekend work may be required.
• Night Shift with dispatch time of 7pm
• Route: New Stanton, PA to Cleveland, OH and back (covering about 295 miles)
• Level of Touch: Unload product from trailer, by hand or using hand cart/pallet jack, and place in designated customer storage areas. May include transporting product down ramps, stairs, or docks, in all weather conditions

Equipment

• Newer Freightliner’s and Internationals
• Mostly automatic with some manual 
• Governed speed: 62 MPH (on most trucks)
• All trucks equipped with cameras

Qualifications

• Must be at least 22 years of age  
• Must have CDL A license 
• Must have a minimum of 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record
• No DUI/DWIs in last 3 years 
• Frequently lift, push, or move product that weighs 1-75 pounds, up to 100 pounds; frequently reach up to 72” to stack and unstack pallets and hand cart; constantly bend and twist while loading and unloading product, and retrieving items from trailer
• Must be able to work a varied schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations 
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen 
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 60 miles of New Stanton, PA or be willing to relocate for this position
