FEDEX GROUND DELIVERY DRIVER

We have an opening for a full time and part time driver to deliver Fed Ex Ground packages locally.

Driver will be responsible for approx. 80-150 stops per day and 150-300 packages. Packages are loaded for you at the terminal and the trucks are dispatched around 8:30 am. Most drivers return by 4:30. This is a physical job with some medium to heavy lifting involved. Candidates must be able to interact with customers in a courteous manner and be team oriented.

Work Days: Monday-Saturday (6day/week schedule).We do offer part time work as well - must be stable, good communicator and can do the work - we will offer Weekend Shifts Saturday/Sunday and Fri/Sat/Sun if desirable. **willing to work on call is a plus**

Applicants MUST:

1.) Have at least 1 year verifiable driving experience in the last 3 years

2.) Must be able to pass COMPLETE Background Check, CLEAN Motor Vehicle Records Check, CLEAN Drug Test, and DOT Physical

3.) Must be 21 years of age or older

4.) Must have valid Drivers License

5.) Must be able to handle packages up to 150 lbs.

6.) Must be professional and courteous, superior customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively.

7.) Must be able to complete 80-150 stops per day.

8.) Must be able to both navigate and drive rural areas, dirt roads, & sand roads safely.
