In-Field Order Verifier

LOCATION:

Greater Sacramento Area

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are a national known brand looking for a confident, detail-oriented, and outgoing person to fulfill our Order Verifier position. As an OV, you will visit the customer’s home immediately after a sale is made to re-measure for accuracy, confirm product, and validate the type of installation necessary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take detailed measurements of residential windows and doors
• Evaluate the condition of existing structure, frames, sash, casing and trim
• Recognize and document any potential structural issues, extensive dry rot or anything that could affect customer expectations and quality of installation
• Compare findings to project specs and provides appropriate solution(s) if there are any discrepancies
• Provide a brief report with measurements, notes, and specific instructions for installation crew and inner office staff
• Schedule Order Verification Appointments with customers in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of experience with new construction and window installation in residential application
• Customer service and public relations skills
• Proficiency with computers
• Have organizational skills, prioritize tasks, and be able to meet deadlines
• Ability to be mobile and be able to occasionally lift/move up to 40lbs
• Must have own fully insured and functional automobile
• Valid California Driver License
