IT Help Desk Support

Job Purpose: Serves as the first line of contact for users who need technical assistance via the phone or email. Duties: Help troubleshoot user account issues like lock outs, password reset, etc. Setup new hardware like desktops, laptops, etc. Install software or applications on users workstations and/or laptops Perform troubleshooting of various user, network issues using different diagnostic tools Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components. Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes. Travel will be required once or twice a week between different office / clinic locations in Los Angeles and Orange County (travel expense will be reimbursed). Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred GPA of 3.0+ is required (resume must disclose GPA). Excellent problem solving abilities 2+ years’ experience preferred Knowledgeable about VPN, Networking concepts, end point protection, etc. Microsoft, Network certifications preferred About Heritage Provider Network: Heritage owns and operates one of the largest healthcare delivery systems nationally with over 5,000 employees.
