Position Details:
- Full-Time opportunity in Orange County, CA
- Location: Irvine, Mission Viejo, Aliso Viejo (in home visits and SNIFF)
- Covering Assisted Living Facilities (80%), Covering Home Hospice (20%)
- Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Energetic, self-starter who can work independently and contribute to team environment
- Occasionally cover weekends & extended patient care hours as needed for Home Health
- Feel comfortable in a range of settings
- Flexibility in shifts to develop and manage patient panel of geriatric palliative care
- Participate in community service and philanthropic activities
$245,387 - $375,408 *The range listed includes base salary, productivity and quality-based incentive compensation provided to full-time physicians annually, based on performance.
Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O. Degree
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- EMR proficient (we use EPIC)
- Multilingual skills preferred
