Housekeeping

Primary Responsibilities:

• Cleans, services, and stocks assigned guest rooms/suites in a timely and organized manner according to procedures and
• Records status of room on daily room assignment when service is complete. Reports any room unable to be serviced within appropriate time standards to
• Reports needed repairs and of unsafe conditions to supervisor and/or Property Maintenance.
• Responds to requests from supervisors or management in a timely and professional
• Maintains linen cart, closets, and supplies neatly and organized to department
• Upholds security of equipment, keys and supplies issued each day and returns items prior to departure.
• Tags, bags, and reports lost and found articles to supervisor and/or front desk.
• Follows procedures for team cleaning and self-inspecting program as directed.
• Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Reports appropriate complaints or requests to appropriate Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
