Shop Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the shop, including opening and closing procedures
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and ordering
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising sales associates
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or wireless sales environment is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to ensure smooth operations of the shop
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- Proficient in phone etiquette for effective communication with customers
- Administrative experience, including record keeping and reporting
