Qualifications:

Current license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) in the state of Indiana
Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent required.
Occupational Health Experience of 2-5 years in manufacturing setting preferred
COHN or COHN-S preferred.
CAOHC Certification preferred
Knowledge of ergonomic principles
Ability to organize, plan, work independently and manage multiple tasks
Computer literacy
Excellent communication skills

Purpose:

The Occupational Health Nurse is a RN responsible for being part of the EH&S team providing clinical services, including health assessments, and case management at a client facility dedicated to saving and sustaining lives.

Clinical care and case management of injuries and illnesses
Medical surveillance exams and appropriate referreals
Emergency response as needed
Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift hours, starting at 6:00 AM with ability to flex to 10 hour shifts. OT and rotating weekend availability required. Weekend and OT are dependent on plant production schedule.
