Job Description
As a Fintech Executive Assistant at Gorilla Labs, you will be at the forefront of our technological endeavors, orchestrating and managing key projects that drive innovation and growth, reporting to the CEO. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects on time and within budget. Your ability to navigate the ever-evolving tech landscape and exceptional project management skills will be critical to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor progress, track milestones, and manage project risks effectively.
Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, equipment, and materials, to ensure success.
Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to best practices in technology.
Communication: Maintain clear and open communication channels with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and solutions.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve project issues and constraints, adapting to changing project requirements.
Budget Management: Monitor project financials, control costs, and ensure projects stay within budgetary constraints.
Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and post-project evaluations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business, finance).
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the technology sector, with a strong track record of successful project deliveries.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of emerging technology trends and their application in project management, including AI.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
