Clinic RN Manager of Obstetrics - Full-time / Part-time

A remarkable opportunity has arisen in a town off the coast of Northern California for a Clinic Manager of Obstetrics to join their community hospital. 

The OB Nurse Manager will join this trusted 25 bed community hospital. This hospital relies on the creativity and positive mindset as well as perfected medical skills of their employees that allows such an amazing facility to excel. 

The Nursing Manager for Obstetrics will directly report to the Nursing Director of Women’s Services. This person will work closely with a wide range of providers and professionals, including Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Certified Nurse Midwives, Labor and Delivery Nurses, Social workers and other support staff. The OB nurse manager will succeed due to the support of this tenured team. 

The Clinical OB Nurse manager will oversee the daily operations of this clinic for this community hospital. They are responsible for the 4 clinic rooms and the nursing staff. The Nurse Manager will also be responsible for the department's quality performance  and risk management programs. The Manager will develop clear performance expectations and resolve performance problems. In addition to these aspects, they will also help develop and maintain the departmental budget, as well as regulatory compliance.
