Receptionist

Part-Time Receptionist- $19-20/Hr. This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time. Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Part-time Receptionist for our manufacturing client to start at $19-$20/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for daily tasks within the Human Resources office and provide reception support to the adjoining warehouse.

• Maintain files for all employee correspondence.
• Print and assemble orientation folders for all new hires in English and Spanish.
• Sort mail and notify recipients of incoming deliveries.
• Answer phones, greet, and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
• Sending out monthly reminders of benefits, etc.

• 7:00 am to 4:30 pm (most likely Tues, Thursday, Friday)

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
• 2 years office/clerical experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Understand and demonstrate the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

• Between 1pm and 3pm on Mondays
• Between 9:00 am and 11:00 am and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm Tues – Wed-Thurs

Required qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
