Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of social media accounts across the globe. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve marketing goals and increase brand visibility.
  • Schedule On-boarding calls with new clients
  • Manage and curate content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand identity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies, social media trends, and emerging platforms to continuously optimize our social media presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute engaging and creative social media campaigns.
  • Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Write content calendars for social media clients
  • Foster and maintain partnerships and collaborations with influencers and relevant industry stakeholders.
  • Schedule monthly calendars
  • Schedule monthly strategy calls with clients
  • Send monthly reports to clients
  • Analyze social accounts with the manager
  • Assist the team & graphic designer

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Interactive team member
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creative expression.
  • Ability to think strategically, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Great at brainstorming and problem-solving with a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent proofreading skills are a must
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Must be creative
  • Passionate about Social Media/Digital Marketing
