Day Shift Team Member

We will start your training off with learning every aspect of how Mancino’s runs from taking an order, to actually cutting the deli meat and making the bread! As a shift leader, you must demonstrate the ability to lead a team of 4 to 8 team members and guide them to be successful. Must be able to multitask and work well in a fast pace environment. Our Team Members will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, where some of your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Receiving orders, preparing, and firing up great Pizza & Grinders that are in line with our company standards
• Operating a point-of-sale system and cash handling
• Food Preparation, general cleaning, stocking items, and maintaining a clean workflow
• Always cultivating the guest experience by providing fast, courteous, sincere, and positive service
• Take initiative and act as a role model to others
• Enjoy working as a team and motivating others

Qualifications:
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing guests with great pizzas and grinders, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings & weekends
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for Guests
