As the Emergency Room Nurse Manager, you will report to the Director of the Emergency Room. You will be responsible for leading a team of excellence and maintain and promote effective working relationships with your staff members. Develop and maintain departmental budgets. You will be the representation of the emergency room for different hospital committees and required to attend management meetings. You will also develop and maintain policies and procedures that relate to the emergency departments.

Being in the Northern portion of Pennsylvania, you are getting the small-town feel, but you are never too far for a day trip to the city.
