Home Health RN

A 35+ bed Medical facility outside of Prairie City, Oregon is looking to bring on an Home Health RN to join the team. This hospital has 100+ wonderful staff members including a handful of staff RN's in the Nursing Department. 

Reporting to the Home Health Manager, Home Health RN works with , Nursing Managers, Nursing Staff, and physicians, to ensure quality patient care standards are met in the Home Health Departments. The Home Health RN will also collaborate with other staff to ensure Federal, State, and The Joint Commission standards are also met. The RN will have a minimum of 6 months direct home health/hospice experience, while also having an active Oregon Nursing License. The hospital’s Hospice Program works with families to help them understand what is happening. They also provide expert pain and symptom management, as well as emotional support.

This hospital is located outside of beautiful Prairie City, Oregon. Although it is a smaller town, it does not take away from its stunning views, and friendly neighborhood atmosphere.
