Dental Front Desk Receptionist

Arden Mill Family Dentistry is a modern startup hi-tech dental office, seeking dental receptionist with more than 1 year experience in dental field. Front office is first & last impression of the practice for the patients. We are looking for a kind, professional person who has good patient rapport, is honest, detailed oriented, can multitask, and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Position Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and greet patients with a smile.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify Insurance eligibility and follow up insurance claims.
• Enter insurance information with correct fee schedule and breakdown into open dental software.
• Submitting dental insurance claims with all necessary documentation
• Follow up on insurance claims, ensuring that all claims are properly paid and posted.
• Check-in and Checkout patient, collecting account balance.
• Computer savvy, manage social media.
• Treatment Coordination: Print and present treatment plan, provide payment options, help patients with their questions to lead the acceptance of treatment plan.
• Maintain front office area in a professional manner.

Knowledge of Open dental software (preferred) OR any other dental practice management software is must.

• Required minimum 1 year experience working in a Dental Office.
• Preferred 1 year experience working as Dental Front Desk
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be HIPAA compliant.
