Hospice Home Health Aide- Flexible Scheduling

We are seeking a part-time to full-time Hospice Home Health Aide who would like to join our hospice team!

Job Description:

• Hospice Home Health Aide: Mon-Fri, 8 am - 5 pm- MAKE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE!
  • Our Hospice Home Health Aides work closely with the hospice interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care to hospice patients in various outpatient settings. As a full-time Hospice Home Health Aide, you will manage a caseload of an average of 12-17 patients.
• Pay: $20/hour ($40,760 annually at full-time)

• Timely charting in EHR
• Positive and friendly demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
• CNA license preferred
• BLS certification (may provide during training)
