We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and highly motivated Senior RF Design Engineer to join our Engineering team. This role is integral to our organization as it involves the design, analysis, and testing of cutting-edge radio frequency (RF) circuits and systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development of new products and will be instrumental in high volume circuit design. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a team of professionals dedicated to creating innovative solutions in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and design RF circuits and systems for new and existing products.
2. Perform RF simulations and measurements to validate design concepts.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications and requirements.
4. Drive the entire product development cycle from concept to production, including schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping, testing, and debugging.
5. Create and maintain design documentation, including specifications, design documents, and test reports.
6. Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
7. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in RF design and apply this knowledge to product development.
8. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure design for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
9. Perform system-level testing and validation to ensure product performance and reliability.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve design and production issues.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 7 years of experience in RF design, RF Circuit Design, and high volume circuit design.
3. Strong knowledge of Antenna Design, Testing, and New Product Development (NPD).
4. Proficiency in RF simulation tools and software.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proven track record of successful product development from concept to production.
9. Strong understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in RF design.
10. Experience in mentoring and leading junior engineers is a plus.
