A reputable health system in Central Montana is actively seeking a Laboratory Manager to join their team!

The Manager of Laboratory Services will be a full-time, permanent employee for an excellent health system in Montana. This health system is known for their critical access care, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing programs, outpatient clinics, advanced technology, and world-class healthcare providers.

As a profitable and growing medical center, this health system is looking for an experienced and tenured Laboratory Manager. Leading a core lab team, this manager will report to the Director of Clinical Laboratory. The Manager will be responsible for managing day to day operations, assisting with new-hire education and training, improving workplace processes to improve efficiency, managing budgets, updating policies and procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Lab Manager will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and will be supported by some of the best lab staff that Montana has to offer. 

This hospital is located in Central Montana, which offers an abundance of wilderness and natural beauty in a peaceful location. The Laboratory Manager will have plentiful opportunities to embrace the outdoors in regards to skiing, hiking, hunting, and fishing. The new Laboratory Manager will need to be Montana State CLS licensed, and have a B.S. in Medical Terminology, Biology, or Chemistry.
