We are seeking an Outpatient Imaging Manager to oversee a team of skilled Imaging Technologists and lead a comprehensive diagnostic imaging department, including X-RAY, MRI, CT, and Ultrasound. The Outpatient Imaging Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care within this Orthopedic and Sports Medicine practice in the Eugene, OR area.

The Outpatient Imaging Manager will:

  • Lead and manage a team of Imaging Technologists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality imaging services.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outpatient imaging center, ensuring efficient workflow, timely patient scheduling, and accurate reporting of results.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Operations Officer (COO) to develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including those set by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Maintain and enhance the quality assurance program, including monitoring and evaluating the performance of imaging equipment and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in imaging technology and industry best practices, and incorporate them into the department's operations as appropriate.
  • Serve as a resource for staff, providing expertise, guidance, and support for complex imaging procedures or challenging patient cases.
